1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualifications:
- The candidate must meet the criteria outlined in the Public Sector Companies’ (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
- Must be a member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA, ACMA, ACCA, or ACAEW).
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in accounts, finance, and audit, with at least 6 years in a financial management role.
- Must have expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and financial controls.
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS/IAS, tax laws, and commercial regulations.
- 6 years of senior management/leadership experience is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector organizations and infrastructure development projects.
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and PPRA rules.

2. Company Secretary
Qualifications:
- Must meet the Public Sector Companies’ (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 criteria.

- A member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA, ACMA, etc.), OR
- A member of a recognized corporate/chartered secretaries body, OR
- A Master’s degree holder in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law (from an HEC-recognized university) with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
